Roar Academy Year One is a 9-month long experience full of community, connection, coaching, and content. This includes an exclusive cohort experience with mentorship from Pastor Tony, lectures from experienced practitioners in Arts & Entertainment, Media, Government, Religion, Family, Business, and Education, and a community to build relationship with. Our Year One course includes:

Tony Kim

Founder

Tony Kim and his wife, Jessica Kim served ministries, organizations and government sectors mobilizing, training and addressing the hardest to serve populations and social justice causes and issues for over a decade before moving into full time ministry. Tony & Jessica founded Renaissance International in 2009 with an apostolic call to train, equip, mobilize and release the church to reach the lost and fulfill their destiny to transform every aspect of society through the power of the Holy Spirit. They believe we are the generation to usher in the greatest harvest the world has ever seen. Tony also leads a global relational revival and reformation movement called "ROAR collective," and a school of revival and reformation, "ROAR Academy." They have three children and live in Bakersfield, California.

Elyanna Kim

Admin & Community Manager

Elyanna Kim is the Community Manager & on the Administration team for Roar Academy. With her passion for the family mandate to raise up two million reformers, she serves Tony & Jessica Kim as the Children's Ministry Director & Renaissance House of Prayer Leader at Renaissance Church. In addition, Elyanna is impacting the Arts & Entertainment world as a professional ballet dancer. She is also a small business owner, ballet teacher, a student with the Royal Academy of Dance | University of Bath, and is passionate about seeing God invade the 7 spheres of society. She currently resides in Bakersfield, CA with her family.

  • What is the difference between Roar Academy & Roar On Demand?

    The Roar Academy experience is a 9-month cohort experience with mentorship, an exclusive connect group, and access to our Reforming Your Sphere of Society course. Roar On Demand is strictly an e-course with no additional benefits and allows you to go at your own pace.

  • Is Year Two only for those who have been through the Roar Academy Year One Experience?

    Yes, we only accept students who have taken Year One, because it is the foundation for everything Year Two has to offer.
